When will I receive my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation will be emailed to you within 30 minutes of placing a successful order.
When will my order ship?
All orders placed before 12pm PST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within four business days of your order date from California.
During high-volume sales periods, it might take us longer.
How do I check my order status?
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. To check the status of your order, log into your account and select the order number you’d like to track, then click the tracking link that appears at the top of the page.
Please note: it may take up to 48 hours from the time we scan your package to when tracking information is available.
Why was my order cancelled?
While it’s rare, it’s possible for items to become out of stock. If this does occur, we will notify you within 24-48 hours about the cancellation and issue you a refund. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to as normal.
How do I change something on my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you are attempting to cancel your order, please email our Customer Service department immediately. Once our warehouse has fulfilled the order, we are unable to cancel it.

How do I cancel an order?
Order cancellations are welcome, but you can only do so while the order is not shipped yet.
You may contact us within 24 hours to see if your order has already started to be processed. In the event that it has not, we will cancel it within 24 hours. Once our warehouse has fulfilled the order, we are unable to cancel it.
We cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled or altered after it has been placed.
I got my order and something's wrong, what do I do?
Please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, make sure to include photos with your order number when contacting us.
Returns
I want to return an item
We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered to you. U.S. customers now have the option to select between two refund options. You can pick free return shipping and store credit OR a refund to your original payment method with a return shipping fee. All international customers are issued store credit.

Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping for customers shipping to an address within the contiguous United States on orders totaling $300 or more, after taxes or promotions.
All other orders are a flat $19.99.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship in the United States.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, but please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
